MLTL Corner Cabs in Progress

People say that some time you have to own a giant pair of speakers. I've been listening to Altec 604's in 612a cabinets for a while but I finally decided to build some true monsters. So here is my version of an MLTL cabinet for 604-8k drivers. I always liked Bilfort's corner cabs, so I started with his design and modified it for MLTL alignment. I like the idea of corner cabs because the large front panel can minimize the baffle step effects and also couple better with the room. The ports are bottom firing.

The cabs are still in progress because I really need to work on bracing and damping. I'll be sure to let you know how they sound.

Anyway, looking good so far! Love the old radios and bikes. Wish I could still ride 'crotch rockets', but a partially fused neck left me with two little angular mobility to safely see.

BTW, my dad has those bikes ('45 BSA goldstar and '72 Ducati sport) up in Marietta so you may see them riding around some day.

Please post your listening impressions (after everything is finished) especially with those Bugle amps(if you plan to use them with the 604's). The pics of the amps you posted in addition to the speakers look very nice indeed!!
